It is based upon the 96 basic concepts called '96 Thathuvangal', with a detailed description of the Philosophical knowledge gifted by Siddhars, the Spiritual Scientists. The Department, provides an exhaustive information from the History of the Universe & Evolution of the Human Race, the History of Tamil Nadu and of Siddhars, Scientific Changes with which the World advances & the Physical and Psychological Discipline to conquest these changes.
